Vice Head of Tech  

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Vice Head of Tech to lead our technology projects and manage cross-functional development teams. This role combines project leadership, team management, and technical oversight to ensure high-quality, timely, and scalable solutions across our platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• ⁠Lead and participate in project planning by identifying development tasks, creating detailed work plans, and managing team workflows to meet project timelines.
• ⁠Manage and support a team of developers by providing day-to-day guidance, direction, and performance feedback.
• ⁠Design and develop relational databases while ensuring performance optimization, scalability, and reliability.
• ⁠Provide technical leadership through coaching and mentoring, offering best practices in application development, software architecture, and code quality.
• ⁠Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, recommend relevant solutions, and promote their adoption through internal education and system improvement initiatives.

• ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• ⁠Proven experience in project management and applying development methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Agile)
• ⁠Experience managing both onsite and remote (WFH) development teams
• ⁠Solid understanding of general programming concepts and software architecture
• ⁠Familiarity with server deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines
• ⁠Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• ⁠Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure will be a plus point!
