- Greet and assist customers as they shop, providing product information and recommendations.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure the sales floor is neat, organized, and stocked with merchandise.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation and store cleanliness.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK)
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Executive, or in a similar sales role
- Strong communication
- Good understanding of sales processes, and customer needs
- Placement: Arumaya, South Jakarta
