Quality Assurance Associate  

We're looking for a Quality Assurance Associate who believes that great products are built on attention to detail. As part of our Product team, you'll help ensure every release meets the highest quality standards by planning tests, identifying defects, and collaborating with engineers to deliver reliable, user-friendly experiences. Your work will directly contribute to building products that our users can depend on every day.

What You’ll Do

Test Planning

• Develop comprehensive test plans that ensure thorough coverage of project requirements.
• Test Plan Completeness: Completion of planned test cases based on the total number of identified test cases.
• Alignment with Requirements: Align test plans with project requirements to cover all test cases.
• Test Planning Efficiency: Balance through planning and efficiency when doing test plans and test cases.

Test Execution

• Objective: Execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality.
• Test Execution Progress: Complete test case execution based on the overall test plan.
• Execution Efficiency: Balance thorough execution and efficiency when doing testing to ensure timeline is met.

Defect Identification and Documentation

• Objective: Identify and report defects with clear documentation and steps for reproduction.
• Defect Documentation Quality: Ensure completeness and clarity of defect documentations.
• Bugs Deployed to Production: Ensure that no bugs or defects are deployed to the production environment after the testing phases.
• Feedback to the Development Team: Make sure that the development team understands the defect reports

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in software quality assurance or manual testing is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in automating manual QA test cases.
• Experience in using JAM dev, Notion, Jira, and Test Case Management platforms.
