Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Merchandising Strategy and Execution:
-Develop and implement effective strategies for products in the portfolio.
-Oversee the sales of Principal brand products on online platforms, offline stores, and other sales and distribution channels that may be possible by ensuring supplies are well-maintained and strategically available and sold in these channels.
-Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create visually compelling product assets and promotional content.
-Lead, develop and implement actionable insights to highlight or adjust product features, pricing strategies, and other sales tactics to hit targets.
-Create seasonal merchandising plans that align with sales goals and market demand.
-Lead a team that handles the end-to-end buying process, including selecting products, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery.
-Collaborate with supply chain and other internal teams to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent overstocking or stockouts.
-Analyze sales data to inform future buying decisions and identify best-selling products and potential gaps in the product line.

Collaboration and Partner Relations:
Partnership Management with Brand Principals:
Act as the main point of contact in growing business with brands to ensure we achieve targets in line with long-term goals for growth, and that we are aligned to their policies, marketing guidelines and ecosystem requirements. This is a team effort.
Partnerships and Back-End Management for BNPL and Installment Programs: Manage partnerships and negotiate with banking and non-banking institutions, e-commerce platforms and other possible reputable companies to installment pauyment programs - to be implemented both online and offline. This involves strong financial acumen (especially while carefully computing numbers like the SRP, GP, Net Profit, etc) and strategic negotiation skills to ensure favorable rates.
Outside Agencies: Become a key partner/contributor (mostly on the management, supervision and computations side) for outsourced marketing or livestreaming work to third-party agencies.
Platforms / Key Offline Channels: The role requires close liaisons with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok (possibly Grab and other potential online platforms) and the like, as well as with key offline accounts that we distribute products to, and our owned offline stores.

Sales Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
-Track P&L product performance - including revenue, unit sales, gross margins, expenses and other metrics.
-Prepare and present performance reports and sales forecasts to senior management.
-Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to refine sales and merchandising strategies.
-Other numbers and information we need to take note of for better business decision-making.

Portfolio Strategy & White Space Innovation
-Build high-margin categories and also strategically incubate and grow consumer white spaces to drive assortment decisions.
-Map market trends and competitor movements to spot opportunities ahead of the curve.

Launch Consumer-Centric Services
-Co-develop services that boost post-purchase value (e.g., device protection, extended warranty, trade-in offers, or other possibilities.)
-Align with customer experience and tech teams to deliver frictionless service execution tied to product sales.

Kualifikasi Minimum

- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Ability to lead the overall pr, analyze and interpret data, come up with the re- strategy on the duration of the campaign
-Proven experience with sales platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok)
-Possess strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills that will equip you to develop and pass on the digital marketing and other innovative practices to the company
-Displays communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to present data-driven insights effectively.
-Demonstrate a proactive attitude, flexibility and ability to manage and lead people.
-A strong problem-solver, able to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to detail.\
-Has an acute eye for detail that will equip you to effectively oversee the digital marketing executions of all the company’s digital campaigns.

Cross-Functional Execution
-Collaborate with internal teams such as e-commerce, marketing, CX, supply chain, distribution and finance teams, etc. to bring growth ideas to life.
-Serve as category lead in growth sprints, go-to-market planning, and quarterly business reviews.

Sales Strategy and Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute sales-focused product strategies to hit revenue targets.
- Set, track and achieve product sales goals, adjusting strategies to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Category Sales & Profit Growth
-Own category-level sales, profit, and margin KPIs; develop playbooks to scale high-performing SKUs and phase out underperformers.
-Track performance trends by category and channel (website, marketplaces, offline) to optimize assortment and pricing strategies.


Brand and Platforms Collaboration, Ecosystem Integration
-Position Kimstore as a VIP channel partner—secure co-marketing support from brands or platforms (inclusion in their campaigns, ads, and in-store promotions, hopefully at no to minimal costs).
-Build long-term brand/platform relationships to unlock better terms, exclusive offers, or joint launches.

Product Business Development
-Drive growth of existing and new products within the Kimstore ecosystem through bundling, exclusive drops, co-branded campaigns, targeted promotions, or other methods.
-Launch category-specific plans that combine marketing, CX, and merchandising strategies for deeper market penetration.
