- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and define project objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.
- Develop a business plan, financial planning, and business improvement plan.
- Support project planning, prioritization, and solution design.
- Provide performance reporting and business operation evaluation.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, management, economics, or related field.
- Have a working experience or freelance experience as a Business Analyst, Corporate Strategy, or similar role.
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
