Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Serve as a liaison between the infrastructure team, the event organizer, and the mentors.
- Ensure that programs preparation may be done efficiently.
- Creating excellent communication channels between Mentors, Event Organizers, and Infrastructure
- Manage and ensure that everything required for the event is in good working order.
- Hold on-boarding and dress rehearsals for each talent event (mentor, Event Organiser, Assistant Mentor) before the event session
- Coordination with the development team regarding participation certificates.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Final year student or fresh graduate Bachelor's Degree in any major
- Have experience in Event / Program Organization
- Have good communication skills, both orally and in writing preferably in English
- Good problem solving & adaptive
- Critical and structured thinking skills
