Solution Analyst [IT & IS, Industrial Solution Dept]  

Industrial Solution Department, part of the Enterprise Solution Division under Corporate IT/IS at Kompas Gramedia, is responsible for developing and managing IT solutions tailored to the unique needs of industries within the Kompas Gramedia group. Our team ensures that these solutions align with business objectives and support the company’s vision and mission.

As a Solution Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing business needs, designing system architectures, conducting testing, and ensuring successful implementation of IT solutions.

Job Descriptions:

• Understand and analyze Business Unit (BU) and Functional Unit (FU) requirements to create a development backlog.
• Design information architecture and user flows to optimize system usability.
• Conduct Software Quality Assurance (SQA) testing to ensure system functionality.
• Provide training sessions for end-users.
• Implement IT solutions effectively across business operations.

• Minimum bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Information Systems, and other related fields

• Knowledge of ERP systems, SQL (basic level), and business process flow.

• Understanding of accounting principles (preferred).

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
