General Manager (GM) Enterprise Solution [Corporate IT & IS]  

General Manager (GM) Enterprise Solution serves as a strategic IT Business Partner who champions the digital transformation journey within Kompas Gramedia. This pivotal role is responsible for proactively understanding and anticipating the evolving business needs of enterprise functional/business units, translating them into innovative and impactful IT solution strategies, and overseeing their analysis, design, development, implementation, monitoring, and continuous evaluation. GM Enterprise Solution will drive the adoption of best practices, integrate emerging technologies like AI to enhance business value, and ensure all IT solutions are meticulously aligned with the company's vision, mission, and strategic initiatives. This position is critical in bridging the gap between business objectives and technological capabilities, ensuring IT serves as a proactive enabler of growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic IT Business Partnership: Act as the primary strategic IT business partner to all functional units and business groups, proactively engaging with leadership to deeply understand their challenges, strategic objectives, and operational needs. Develop and articulate clear IT strategies and roadmaps that directly support business growth and efficiency.

2. End-to-End Solution Leadership & Innovation: Lead the entire lifecycle of enterprise solutions, from conceptualization and strategic planning to development, deployment, and continuous improvement. Drive innovation by evaluating and integrating cutting-edge technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), to deliver transformative business value and maintain a competitive edge for Kompas Gramedia.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Value Realization: Foster robust collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment to drive successful solution adoption and measurable value realization across the organization.

4. Strategic Project Governance & Execution: Oversee the Project Management Office (PMO) with a strategic lens, ensuring robust governance, effective resource allocation, and the timely, on-budget delivery of high-impact IT and enterprise projects that meet defined business outcomes.

5. Performance Optimization & Future-Proofing: Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions and ongoing projects against key business metrics. Provide insightful analysis, comprehensive reporting, and actionable recommendations for optimization, scalability, and future-proofing IT investments.

Requirements:

1. Leadership & Strategic Partnership Management: Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to effectively lead multiple IT departments while concurrently acting as a strategic partner to business units, driving transformative IT initiatives.

2. Value-Driven Enterprise Solutions Experience: Proven experience in analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing Enterprise Solutions in various industries, with a strong emphasis on creating tangible business value and strategic alignment with company objectives.

3. Strategic Business-IT Thinking & Problem-Solving: Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with specialized expertise in identifying business opportunities through innovative technology utilization.

4. Superior Communication & Stakeholder Management Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated ability to build and maintain close partnerships with business leaders and functional teams.

5. Technology Trend Expertise & Business Transformation: Demonstrated clear understanding of and experience with current technology trends and best practices, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), with the ability to translate these trends into strategies that drive business transformation and advantage.

6. Large-Scale Enterprise System Implementation Experience: Significant experience in implementing and managing large-scale enterprise systems such as ERP, with a focus on business process optimization and enhancing operational efficiency.

7. Experienced IT Business Partner (Mandatory): Substantial and proven experience as an IT Business Partner with a broad understanding of various IT solution domains, including but not limited to Enterprise Solutions and IT Operations. This is not merely a plus, but a crucial core competency for this position.

1. Total Work Experience: Minimum 10 years, Maximum 15 years

2. Relevant with this position: Minimum 5 years, Maximum 8 years in a leadership role within an IT solutions or technology division.
