- Design and implement employee engagement programs to enhance motivation, productivity, and employee loyalty.
- Develop effective and consistent internal communication strategies within the company.
- Serve as a liaison between management and employees to convey aspirations and address internal issues.
- Analyze and identify employee needs, provide sustainable program solutions, and manage employee satisfaction surveys.
- Handle industrial relations dynamics to foster a healthy and harmonious work culture.
- Support the implementation of corporate culture programs and organizational values.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Communication, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in employee engagement, corporate communication, or people & culture, preferably in the creative industry.
- Able to think strategically, creatively, and adaptively (agile) in designing employee engagement programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an energetic personality.
- Highly self-initiated, and able to work independently, in teams, and across generations.
- Good understanding of organizational dynamics and change management.
