- Lead the overall program management and execution.
- Supervise both content development and technical implementation to ensure quality and alignment with objectives.
- Communicate and present briefs clearly and effectively to the team.
- Develop and manage the program’s budget plan.
- Identify, approach, and coordinate with relevant speakers or resource persons.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Possess an educational or professional background in journalism, with demonstrated expertise in both news and feature writing.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in video production or program development.
- Exhibit strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrate a visionary mindset with the ability to anticipate and adapt to emerging trends.
- Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- In-depth understanding of current affairs, including socio-political and cultural issues at both national and global levels.
