- Lead a team of engineers that generates conceptual, logical, and physical network architecture, documents, testing analyses, test plans and risk assessments to ensure sound architecture that aligns with company’s long-term strategy.
- Lead teams that analyze, design, troubleshoot and implement network architecture in order to best meet company requirements.
- Mentor engineers to develop and build a top-notch engineering team.
- Evaluate cost analyses and vendor comparisons for large-scale projects to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations, and measures feasibility of various approaches.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or 5 years’ experience in network architecture.
- Routing (OSPF, IS-IS, BGP) and switching expertise. Extensive network engineering and architecture experience - excellent understanding of Internet and datacenter topologies.
- Experience evaluating, configuring, and troubleshooting a variety of network equipment.
- Thorough understanding of various L2/L3 protocols and technologies: TCP/IP (v4 & v6) and related protocols.
- Understanding Layer 4-7 switching/load balancing and application integration. Solid understanding of network-based security protocols and methods (eg IPSec, SSL, TLS, ACLs).
- It has an ability to investigate new technologies, develop scalable network solutions, and put together well-thought-out documents to propose new configurations, architectures, services, and policies.
- Analytical approach to problem solving and usage of methodical & documented processes to propose network enhancements.
- Scripting skills for network automation are a plus.
- Experience in a 24/7 Internet Facing Production environment.
