This role is responsible for driving sales performance through the acquisition of exhibitors and sponsors, focusing on booth and sponsorship sales within the women’s lifestyle and beauty industry. The position involves managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and proposal development to deal closing—while maintaining accurate databases, reporting, and achieving targeted sales results.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in events, exhibitions, or sponsorship sales.
- Knowledge of women’s products, lifestyle, and beauty industry.
- Strong sales portfolio with successful track record in selling booth spaces or sponsorship packages.
- Excellent skills in proposal writing, sales kit preparation, and deal closing.
- Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in database management, reporting, and follow-up activities.
- Results-driven & target-oriented
