- Conduct on-site location assessments to determine brand alignment and provide strategic recommendations on whether the concept fits the location
- Shape localization strategies that honor the concept’s core identity while fitting the environment.
- Produce potential strategic location shortlists with evidence-based reasoning.
- Ensure spatial decisions strengthen, not dilute, the Specialty Store’s core identity : façade direction, layout logic, material selection.
- Define how local culture should influence store touchpoints.
- Identify furniture and material sources that reinforce brand identity.
- Create strategic direction for in-store signage, wayfinding, visual storytelling.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Background : 2-3 years of experience in spatial brand planner, urban research or place-making strategists.
Technical Competencies
- Strong cultural & spatial intuition
- Experience building strategic frameworks
- Comfortable doing site visits & quick insights
- Can articulate brand identity clearly
- Understands architecture & building logic + terminologies (Sipil, ME)
