- Design research frameworks and conduct research fieldwork in both qualitative and quantitative (interviews, surveys, store observation, etc.).
- Synthesise findings from multiple sources into clear strategic insight narratives, and translate it into actionable recommendations.
- Document and maintain research archives, competitive intelligence trackers, and trend logs.
- Present insights to stakeholders and guide the decision-making process.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 2–3 years experience in research, consumer insights, strategy, marketing analysis, or related fields.
- Curious, observant, and strong in qualitative interpretation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders.
- Able to work in team
