- Writing and reporting news related to economic trends and/or issues.
- Research, write, and report on economic trends, financial policies, and business issues at national and international levels.
- Produce daily news stories, in-depth features, and analytical pieces related to money, markets, and finance.
- Conduct interviews with economists, business leaders, policymakers, and industry experts to provide credible insights.
- Monitor data releases, stock market updates, and other relevant indicators to identify impactful news angles.
- Work closely with editors and multimedia teams to ensure stories are accurate, engaging, and aligned with editorial standards.
- Maintain a strong understanding of macroeconomic developments, government regulations, and financial literacy topics.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in fintech, investment, and consumer spending.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Have a degree in Journalism.
- Have 1-2 years experience writing economic news, especially on energy and mineral resources topics (ESDM).
- Research and analyze economics data.
- Familiar with economics terms, issues and current trends.
- Have the ability to work under pressure/deadline.
- Fluently in English, especially in reading and writing.
