- Inquiry Handling: Promptly and professionally respond to inquiries from prospective parents regarding school programs, admissions processes, and fees via WhatsApp or SMS.
- Guest Relations: Act as the first point of contact to welcome and provide comprehensive initial explanations to walk-in parents/visitors.
- Event & Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, handle registrations, and support operational needs during school events or Open Houses hosted by Multimedia Nusantara School.
- Data Management: Accurately input, update, and manage prospective student data and inquiry logs for the admissions team.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in all majors, fresh graduates or final year university students are welcome to apply
- have experience in Customer Service, Information Services, Front Office, or related fields (internship experience is acceptable).
- Highly communicative, friendly, empathetic
- Proficient in data processing
- Willing to work fully on-site in Tangerang and available to work on weekends (especially during school events or Open Houses).
