- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements.
- Document system interfaces, workflows, and application design.
- Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
- Support testing activities and ensure quality standards.
- Provide user training and post-implementation support.
- Conduct vendor and cost-benefit analysis for proposed solutions.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Active university student or fresh graduate majoring in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of system analysis, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and IT concepts.
- Good analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or documentation tools is an advantage.
