- Monitoring Performance Management Process for News Directorate & Programming Directorate
- Work with Dept Head to Create KPI's
- Work closely with various departements to integrate organizational development initiative
- Develop & update organizational structure to support the goals of organization
- Work with Dept Head to develop employee program
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR Management, Psychology, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Training Specialist or in a dedicated Learning & Development role.
- Proven expertise in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and designing end-to-end learning modules.
- Solid grasp of organizational behavior, corporate culture, and leadership development principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for training material creation and data presentation.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze learning metrics and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and non-verbal communication skills.
- Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences and stakeholders effectively.
