KPS Alarms is seeking a professional and dependable Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone communication skills, strong de-escalation abilities, accurate typing skills, and the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a key role in supporting customers, resolving concerns, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive attitude
- De-escalate customer concerns and resolve issues calmly and effectively
- Accurately document customer interactions and account activity
- Manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously while on active calls
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding services, scheduling, and account information
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Follow company procedures and customer service standards
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve customer experienc
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Experience handling high call volumes
- Professional phone etiquette
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Basic understanding of alarm systems, smart home devices, and security cameras is required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proven ability to remain calm and professional during difficult conversations
- Excellent de-escalation and conflict resolution skills
- Accurate typing and data entry skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Comfortable using multiple computer programs and web-based platforms
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Reliable internet connection with back up connection and back up power source is required.
