Technical Recruiter

We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us grow our product, IT, cloud, security, network, and data science teams. You'll be the bridge between talented professionals and exciting career opportunities at LeapFroggr—sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.

This is a fully remote role with flexible hours, competitive pay, and real opportunities to grow into senior recruiting or HR leadership positions.

Job Responsibilities

1. Build and execute recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals
2. Screen resumes and applications to identify top candidates for technical roles
3. Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals
4. Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, culture fit, and salary expectations
5. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and gather feedback
6. Analyze hiring metrics and report on recruitment pipeline progress
7. Guide candidates through the offer process, including negotiations and onboarding
8. Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, IT, or a related field
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Familiarity with technical roles (e.g., developers, QA, data scientists) to effectively assess candidate qualifications
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
