Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Develop and manage strategic B2B partnerships with telecommunications operators, aggregators, enterprise clients, and technology partners across Indonesia. Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain a qualified partnership pipeline, and prepare tailored commercial proposals, presentations, and partnership models. Negotiate commercial terms, scopes of work, and contracts through to execution, while coordinating implementation with Product, Operations, Technical, Finance, and Legal teams. Manage partner and key-account relationships, conduct regular business reviews, monitor commercial performance, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and resolve partnership-related issues to support sustainable revenue growth.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Qualifications:
- Min. 3–5 years experience as BD, Account Manager, KAM, or Partnership Manager
- Mandatory experience in telco, CPaaS, VAS, digital services, fintech, or related tech industries
- Proven B2B partnership experience with telco operators or enterprise clients
- Strong professional network within Indonesian telecom & aggregator ecosystem
- Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken
