- Oversees the ongoing hiring needs of Mary Grace Foods, Inc.’s business and establishing the right sourcing mix to generate a strong pool of talent for open roles.
- Engages target talents and establishes network of contacts and thru social media, inter-party agencies, local government units, third-party organizations, job fairs, universities, etc.
- Collaborates with the department heads to identify each position’s requirements.
- Logs candidate’s information in the Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases.
- Reviews online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates.
- Designs and conducts engaging talent outreach campaigns.
- Acts as the key point of contact and escalation point for all sourcing - related inquiries and concerns.
- Actively sources for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles.
- Liaises and forges partnership with universities, schools, inter-party agencies, local government units and other institutions.
- Drafts and publishes attractive job advertisements and managing responses.
- Prepares required reports and performs other miscellaneous tasks assigned by the immediate head.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, or related.
- Has at least 1-2 years work experience as a Recruiter, end-to-end recruitment experience in the F&B industry handling operations requisitions is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in various sourcing tools & methodologies
- High familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)
- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
