a. Content Creation
- Plan and create content for the company’s social media accounts.
- Develop ideas for photos, videos, reels, stories, and captions
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and visual identity
b. Content Production & Coordination
- Work with Content Creator to produce strong visuals
- Support content planning for paid ads, collaborations, and events
c. Publishing & Management
- Maintain consistent posting schedules
- Manage daily interactions, comments, and community engagement
- Monitor trends and identify content opportunities
d. Campaigns & Collaborations
- Support digital campaigns and partnerships
- Working with Public Relation to help manage brand collaborations
e. Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance using platform insights
- Prepare monthly reports on engagement, reach, and growth
- Provide recommendations to improve future content and campaigns
Kualifikasi Minimum
Requirement:
- Open to Indonesian nationals only.
- Passionate about social media and an active daily user
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and current content trends
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- 2–3 years experience managing brand social media accounts
- Ability to work full-time, on-site in Uluwatu
- Skilled with basic design and editing tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar)
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
