- Acquire new customers through direct visits and/or calls.
- Develop business opportunities with existing customers.
- Prepare and maintain account profiling.
- Handle sales administration tasks (Salesforce updates, follow-up on purchase orders with vendors, project monitoring, invoice follow-up, and accounts receivable).
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers, principals, and internal Metrodata teams.
- Understand and comply with Metrodata procedures.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in direct and/or indirect sales.
- Good communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
- Able to work under pressure.
