Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).
Administer and troubleshoot IIS, Nginx, and Apache Tomcat web/application servers.
Support deployment and maintenance of Java- and .NET-based applications.
Troubleshoot Java Runtime, Windows Services, IIS, and application-related issues.
Perform Microsoft SQL Server administration, including backup, restore, monitoring, and basic performance tuning.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks.
Monitor server health, application availability, and system performance.
Perform Windows patching, security updates, and preventive maintenance.
Investigate and resolve production incidents within the agreed SLA.
Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
Review security advisories, vendor bulletins, and vulnerability reports (Microsoft, Oracle Java, Apache, Nginx, etc.) to assess risks and recommend remediation actions.
Maintain patch management reports, compliance dashboards, and audit evidence related to infrastructure and application security updates.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Windows System Administrator, System Engineer, atau Infrastructure Engineer.
Strong knowledge of:
Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 Administration
o PowerShell Scripting
o IIS Administration & Troubleshooting
o Nginx Administration
o Apache Tomcat Administration & Troubleshooting
o Java Runtime Environment (JRE/JDK) Troubleshooting
o Windows Services & Java Service Troubleshooting
o .NET Application & IIS Troubleshooting
o Microsoft SQL Server Administration
o AWS Cloud Administration
o Security Vulnerability Assessment and Remediation
o Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, Firewall, and Networking
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and teamwork.
