Brand Activations Specialist  

• Execute end-to-end brand activation campaigns, including events, sponsorships, and below-the-line (BTL) initiatives
• Drive consumer engagement through immersive and insight-driven brand experiences
• Integrate digital channels (social media, content, paid media) to amplify activations
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing based on data and ROI
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets to ensure efficient execution
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies for seamless delivery
• Track market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to refine strategies
• Standardize processes, reporting, and best practices for consistent execution

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Ability to plan, execute, and oversee brand activations and marketing campaigns effectively.
• Fresh Graduate or 1-2 years of experience in coordinating with cross-functional groups, and managing external agencies.
• Strong understanding of the 4 P’s of Marketing (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) and their application in brand activation.
• Proficiency in vendor and agency negotiations to ensure cost-effective execution and maximize brand impact.
