- Lead a team of developers/engineers in developing cash management solutions.
- Provide technical direction, code reviews, and mentoring to team members.
- Serve as a liaison between the technology team, product owner, and business stakeholders.
- Design a scalable, secure, and high-availability cash management system architecture.
- Oversee the implementation of integrations with core banking, payment gateways, ERP, or third-party systems.
- Ensure coding quality complies with best practices and company standards.
- Manage backlogs, sprints, and delivery timelines with the Product Owner/Project Manager.
- Ensure cash management features (payments, liquidity, reconciliation, cash pooling, etc.) run according to business needs.
- Identify technical risks and provide mitigation solutions.
- Explore new technologies (APIs, microservices, cloud, DevOps) to improve cash management performance.
- Optimize systems to be more efficient, fast, and secure.
- Ensure all systems comply with security standards (ISO, PCI DSS, OJK/BI regulations).
- Collaborate with the security team for IT risk audits and mitigation.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 2 years as a lead/tech lead.
- Experience in the banking, treasury, payment systems, or fintech industries (cash management preferred).
- In-depth understanding of :
- Application architecture (monolith, microservices, event-driven).
- API integration (REST, SOAP, OpenAPI).
- SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience in payment systems, liquidity management, reconciliation, cash pooling, and virtual accounts is a plus.
