- Support implementation, configuration, and enhancement of SAP HCM modules.
- Coordinate with functional teams and business users to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Perform testing (SIT/UAT), troubleshooting, and ensure smooth system operation.
- Prepare documentation (Blueprint, Functional Specification, User Guide).
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement for HR systems.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Information Systems / related field
- 1–5 years experience as SAP HCM Consultant (Junior to Mid Level welcome)
- Hands-on experience with SAP HCM:
- • PA (Personnel Administration)
- • OM (Organizational Management)
- • Time Management
- • Payroll (Plus point!)
- Strong understanding of HR business processes
- Familiar with project methodology & support environment (AMS)
- Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Willing to learn and adapt in fast-paced environment
