- Develop and maintain end-to-end full stack applications (frontend & backend)
- Perform internal testing, unit testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and continuous improvement
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, scalable code
- Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs
- Ensure smooth data flow and seamless full-stack integration
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
- Create and maintain technical documentation based on project delegation
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand requirements
- Participate in deployment, monitoring, and production support
- Continuously improve development standards and best practices
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Preferred : Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Middle / Senior Developer with minimum 4 years of experience as Middle or 6 years of experience as Senior
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Proven proficiency in:
- Frontend: ReactJS, NextJS, Ant Design, HTML, CSS
- Backend: Golang, Fiber
- Database: MySQL
- Tools: Git
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating them into web applications
- Ability to optimize applications for maximum performance across browsers anddevices
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Experience in innovation management systems or enterprise applications is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies and best practices
