- Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation (user guides, manuals, FAQs, and internal documentation)
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to gather information
- Simplify complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and formatting across all documentation
- Update documentation based on product changes and user feedback
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, IT, or a related field
- Strong writing and editing skills in English
- Basic understanding of technical concepts (software, APIs, or systems is a plus)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with documentation and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar
- Experience or exposure to technical writing tools like MadCap Flare, Markdown, or similar platforms is a plus
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
