- Handle application-related issues such as errors, bugs, and performance problems
- Provide technical support to users, including guidance and troubleshooting assistance
- Diagnose and resolve application issues effectively
- Monitor applications and databases using available tools
- Analyze system and application logs to identify root causes of issues
- Manage and maintain application documentation, including user guides and release notes
- Collaborate with the development team to improve application performance and features
- Perform testing on upgraded or enhanced applications
- Execute operational tasks such as data backup, performance monitoring, and access management
- Ensure application security by monitoring unauthorized access and preventing potential threats
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Application Support or similar roles
- Experience in handling troubleshooting for web, desktop, or mobile applications
- Experience in application or system development (minimum 3 projects) is preferred
- Familiarity with application and database monitoring tools
- Strong analytical skills, especially in reading and analyzing system/application logs
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
