- Develop and maintain production-grade backend services in Go
- Build secure, scalable, and high-performance RESTful APIs & microservices
- Apply Clean Architecture & DDD principles in real-world projects
- Create reusable utilities within a monorepo environment
- Collaborate with Product, Frontend, and DevOps teams
- Contribute to system architecture & technical design discussions
- Ensure code quality through testing, CI/CD, and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to maintain system reliability
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 3 years of software development experience (min. 2+ years in Go)
- Strong understanding of software architecture & distributed systems
- Proven experience building APIs & microservices
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
- Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience with Clean Architecture & DDD
- Comfortable working in monorepo setup
- Strong problem-solving & communication skills
