- Gather and analyze business and user requirements through meetings, interviews, and workshops.
- Translate requirements into clear and detailed documentation, including Business Requirements, System Design, and Functional Specifications.
- Design and review database structures and ERDs to support system functionality.
- Collaborate with UI/UX Designers to align user interface designs with functional and business needs.
- Work closely with Developers to clarify technical requirements and ensure accurate implementation.
- Support the QA team in preparing and reviewing test plans and test cases.
- Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proven experience as a System Analyst in the banking industry, specifically in Loan or Credit systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with both Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS), including corporate loans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong experience in database design and SQL, including the ability to create and interpret ERDs.
- Experience using documentation and diagramming tools.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.
