Responsibilities:
- Own and manage end-to-end lifecycle of one or more digital products.
- Develop and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and goals.
- Actively manage and prioritize product backlog.
- Make informed decisions during sprint planning and delivery processes.
- Ensure sprint execution aligns with product direction and objectives.
- Conduct backlog grooming and ensure user stories have clear acceptance criteria.
- Maintain product quality and support effective team collaboration.
- Create and prioritize Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Requirements:
- Min 3 years as a Product owner
- Strong technical understanding (NOT a Business Analyst type profile).
- Experience handling Microservices-based systems.
- Able to perform SQL technical queries.
- Familiar with IT environments, tools, and skill sets.
- Excellent communication skills and fast learner.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capability.
- Willing to work WFO.
- Ready to join ASAP.
