Odoo Developer  

This is a fully remote position with collaboration across international teams.

Responsibilities:

• Customize and develop Odoo modules based on business requirements
• Develop and maintain Odoo backend logic using Python and PostgreSQL
• Create and modify Odoo models, views, workflows, and reports
• Integrate Odoo with external systems (e.g. e-commerce, accounting, logistics, payment gateways)
• Debug, optimize, and maintain existing Odoo implementations
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions
• Ensure system performance, security, and data integrity

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience developing with Odoo (any version from v12+)
• Strong experience with Python and PostgreSQL
• Good understanding of Odoo ORM, models, views (XML), and business workflows
• Experience customizing modules such as: Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Purchase, Manufacturing or HR (a plus)
• Experience with Odoo API and third-party integrations
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development
• Able to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with Odoo sh or Odoo Enterprise
• Experience in ERP, finance, or operations systems
• Experience working with European or international clients
• Basic knowledge of front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Odoo QWeb)
