- Analyze, design, and implement IT systems to meet business requirements
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security
- Manage and configure firewalls, security systems, and telephony solutions
- Administer and support Windows and Linux operating systems
- Implement and maintain system automation tools to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot system, network, and security issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT initiatives
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role
- At least 2 years of professional experience in: Network Administration, Firewall & Security Management, Telephony Systems
- Strong experience with: Windows and Linux environments, System automation tools
- Understanding of Apple security and management protocols, including: FileVault, Gatekeeper, System Integrity Protection (SIP)
- ASAP or 15 days joiners is a plus.
