Nomad Assisted is a London-based remote call handling and virtual receptionist service supporting businesses across multiple industries. We provide flexible call support using a trained remote team, helping businesses manage their incoming calls efficiently without needing in-house staff.

We are currently looking for a confident, English-speaking remote Sales Representative to help us grow our client base by reaching out to UK businesses and introducing our services.

This is a fully remote position where you will work from home using your own laptop and internet connection. You will be speaking directly with UK-based business owners, so clear, fluent, and professional English is absolutely essential.

Work Structure (Commission-Based)

This is a commission-based role with no fixed salary. You will earn based on the clients you bring into the business.

You will be responsible for generating your own leads and conducting outbound outreach through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn. This role is performance-driven and requires consistency and daily activity.

You will have full flexibility in how you work, but success in this role depends on your effort and ability to generate results.

Responsibilities

  • Actively reach out to UK-based businesses via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
  • Generate your own leads and build a consistent outreach pipeline
  • Speak confidently with business owners and decision-makers
  • Clearly explain our service in a simple and engaging way
  • Handle objections professionally and maintain a strong presence on calls
  • Book qualified calls or close deals directly
  • Maintain consistent daily outreach and follow-ups
  • Track and manage your pipeline using CRM tools
  • Log interactions, notes, and deal progress accurately

Kualifikasi Minimum

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation
  • Strong confidence speaking on the phone with business owners
  • Fluent, clear, and professional English (this is essential)
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot or similar)
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and communicate value clearly
  • Self-motivated, consistent, and target-driven
  • Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining activity levels

  • You are not confident speaking English fluently on the phone
  • You do not have experience with outbound sales or cold calling
  • You are not comfortable reaching out to businesses daily
  • You prefer a fixed salary over performance-based earnings
  • You struggle with consistency, rejection, or working independently
