Skills:
- Proficient in Windows OS, Linux OS, and Office 365.
- Understanding of security tools.
- Ability to use remote desktop devices, ticketing systems, and basic log monitoring.
Requirements:
- Willingness to work in a shift system.
- Mandatory to follow applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Mandatory to comply with working hour regulations and maintain a neat appearance in accordance with BRI's provisions.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;

Minimum vocational high school (SMK) or Diploma (D3) graduate in Information Technology, Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 1 year in IT Support, helpdesk, or computer technician roles. Experience in the information security area is an added value.
