As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be the voice of our platform, reaching out to real estate agents to introduce them to our services, following up on inquiries, and guiding them through the signup process. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a high-energy, remote environment and has a passion for helping agents succeed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably with experience in the real estate industry or similar B2B sales roles.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; able to build relationships and engage in meaningful conversations.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple conversations across various channels (phone, email) and keep accurate records.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM systems and email marketing tools, and able to quickly learn our platform and communication systems.
- Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive attitude towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Kualifikasi Minimum
- Cold Calling & Outreach: Initiate and maintain outbound calls to real estate agents to introduce our platform and its benefits.
- Email Management: Draft, send, and respond to emails, follow up on initial contacts, and nurture leads effectively.
- Lead Nurturing: Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients, providing follow-up communication to increase conversion rates.
- Relationship Building: Develop a rapport with agents, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to encourage signup.
- Reporting & Feedback: Track outreach progress, share insights on agent responses, and provide feedback on areas for improvement.
