Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Maintain and manage the firm’s calendar
  • Accurately enter court deadlines, IMEs, depositions, hearings, and key dates
  • Monitor and respond to court notifications, docket updates, and attorney requests
  • Calculate deadlines based on applicable rules (CPLR, FRCP, etc.)
  • Coordinate schedules across attorneys, staff, and clients
  • Send reminders and alerts for upcoming appearances or due dates

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Prior experience as a Calendar Clerk or legal support staff for a U.S. law firm (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of New York personal injury litigation or U.S. legal calendar procedures (plus)
  • Familiarity with legal calendaring tools (e.g., Outlook, Cloudlex et al)
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Willingness to work graveyard shift in a Philippine-based office

We are a BPO located in Baguio City catering to Law Firms and Real Estate Companies in the US who have been our partners since 2007. We specialize in paralegal services that include drafting legal documents, legal research, client interviews, appointment setting, case monitoring and case management. We also have administrative assistant roles with tasks that include inbound client maintenance calls, outbound service calls, maintenance ticket monitoring, rent roll maintenance and video surveillance review. We are looking for people who would like to grow our business with us.
