Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term marketing strategies
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to identify the right market positioning
- Strengthen brand identity through brand awareness and engagement initiatives
- Oversee digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and paid ads.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, including digital, creative, and communication specialists
- Collaborate with Sales & Business Development teams to drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities through innovative marketing initiatives
- Monitor and analyze marketing effectiveness & budget efficiently
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Education min. Bachelor degree Business Management, Communications, or a related field or any majors
- 8-10 years of experience in marketing, branding, or digital marketing
- Experience in marketing Financial technology (start-up), financial company
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM, and marketing automation tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and creative thinking abilities
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven marketing
- Expertise in branding, storytelling, and visual communication
