- Responsible for monitoring the implementation of the company financial processes to ensure operational activities are carried out effectively and efficiently
- Managing the finance teams to co-ordinate and deliver on management reporting requirements
- Responsible for the company's accounting and financial processes including the management cash flow, the closing process (month-end/year-end financial closing process)
- Plan and coordinate the development of financial systems and procedures, as well as control their implementation to ensure all financial processes and transactions run in an orderly and orderly manner, and reduce financial risk
- Has comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting and productivity requirements
- Follow up the implementation of the budget, ensure expenditures within budget
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics or Accounting
- Preferably with at least 5 years of working experience in finance and accounting, and another related fields
- Expert and fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Detail-oriented, result oriented, deadline-driven, and analytical
- Good leadership and problem solver
- Strong knowledge of financial instruments, funding strategies, and treasury operations.
- Preferably External Audit Experience
- Lead a team experience
