- Manage and maintain data accuracy, consistency, security, and accessibility.
- Support business reporting through data integration and automation.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Handle data from various sources using ETL processes and cloud platforms (BigQuery, AWS, Azure).
- Perform spatial and business data analysis to support sales and operations.
- Collaborate with teams across departments to deliver data-driven insights.
- Create and improve data governance procedures, policies, and documentation.
- Support project management for data quality and process improvement initiatives.
- Promote adoption of data standards and best practices across the organization.
- Mentor team members and share knowledge on data tools and analysis methods.
- Contribute to innovation in data tools, workflows, and reporting strategies.
- Provide support for ad-hoc data requests and special projects.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in data management or data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL), data governance, and data quality.
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Google BigQuery, AWS, Azure) is preferred.
- Familiar with ETL tools, data integration, and spatial analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing large datasets and supporting business operations with data.
- Ability to drive change, improve processes, and promote data best practices.
