- Manage the full PLC from creating PRDs and Figma/User Stories to leading Discovery, PTR, and managing the Tech backlog.
- Lead routine coordination with Operation, Finance, Marketing, Business, and Legal teams to monitor feature launches and Go-to-Market strategies.
- Develop and maintain essential product documents, including Guidebooks, FAQs, SOPs, and decks.
- Oversee integration, system availability, and the creation of cooperation agreements with external solution providers.
- Gather user feedback and conduct market research to identify innovative "out-of-the-box" product opportunities.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Experience minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably within Reward, Loyalty Programs, Fintech, or E-commerce sectors.
- Loyalty expertise,deep understanding of loyalty fundamentals and metrics such as churn, lifetime value, and redemption rate.
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to perform independent competitor research and identify market trends.
- Intermediate technical literacy regarding API integrations and data flow; mastery of execution tools like Jira and Figma.
- Excellent negotiation skills for managing external partners and strong influence to drive cross-functional internal teams toward shared goals.
- Detail Oriented, highly proactive with a sharp eye for detail in product documentation and user flow mapping.
