- Manage the full lifecycle from planning and PRD creation to UAT, PTR, and go-live.
- Conduct user research and market analysis to drive data-informed product decisions.
- Prioritize product backlogs and develop Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, including SOPs and sales decks.
- Maintain stakeholder relations and formalize commercial partnerships (PKS).
- Monitor product performance and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 3 years in product management, specifically within the financial industry (Banking or Fintech)
- Proven experience in end-to-end product development, from initiation and GTM to product sunsetting
- Proficient in Google Suite, Flowchart design, Data Analysis, and Figma
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (implied by Job Grade 6/Professional level)
