- Supervise daily construction work to ensure compliance with working drawings, methods, and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution
- Conduct field inspections and prepare daily/weekly reports, including comprehensive photo documentation
- Inspect incoming site materials to ensure quantity and quality match technical specifications
- Identify and escalate technical issues while providing basic solutions and following up until resolution
- Ensure adherence to Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and report any unsafe conditions or actions
- Assist the project team with administration, including volume measurements, BOQ checking, and documentation
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering
- 1–3 years of experience in a contractor or developer company, specifically in high-rise or multi-story building projects
- Solid understanding of structural work (formwork, reinforcement, casting, and earthworks) and construction workflows
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings (structural, architectural, and civil)
- Knowledge of construction quality standards and field inspection procedures
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with contractors and foremen
- Disciplined, with strong time management and a high sense of responsibility
- Proactive, quick learner, and highly motivated to develop into a senior engineer role
