- Reviewing and drafting various agreements, specifically focused on the Fintech industry.
- Handling litigation cases and managing legal issues related to fraud.
- Participating in and supporting various Group-level projects as required.
- Managing corporate secretarial duties and ensuring administrative compliance.
- Organizing and maintaining all legal documents and archives.
- Managing licenses and maintaining professional relationships with regulators.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum of 3 years of legal experience, preferably within the Fintech or Insurance industries.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
- Peradi Certification is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Fintech-related regulations.
- Proven ability in providing sound Legal Advice.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- A fast learner who can adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and high dependability.
