- Conduct user research, analyze customer behavior, and identify user needs to craft user-centered design solutions for our Gold Business digital products.
- Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into effective design solutions.
- Perform usability testing, analyze user feedback and product analytics, and continuously iterate to optimize customer journeys.
- Build, maintain, and enhance our design system, UI component libraries, and documentation to ensure visual and functional consistency.
- Ensure all designs comply with accessibility standards, brand guidelines, and UI/UX best practices prior to product releases.
- Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, modern design tools, and industry standards to drive continuous design innovation.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for digital products (web and mobile applications).
- Experience designing digital products in fintech, banking, investment, e-commerce, or gold/commodity platforms is highly preferred.
- Highly proficient in Figma and experience managing Design Systems.
- Deep understanding of Design Thinking and User-Centered Design (UCD) methodologies.
- Strong expertise in wireframing, high-fidelity UI design, rapid prototyping, and user research techniques.
- Strong customer-focus with analytical thinking and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
- A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and mobile/web UI designs is required.
