- Manage product roadmaps and backlog priorities aligned with business goals, customer insights, and market opportunities.
- Define detailed product requirements (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria; collaborate closely with Technology teams for seamless development execution.
- Conduct continuous product discovery through user feedback, customer journey mapping, and market analysis to identify strategic growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with UI/UX, Technology, Growth, Operations, Compliance, and Business teams to ensure successful product launches and implementation.
- Monitor key product metrics (KPIs), user behavior, and performance funnels to identify optimization and growth areas.
- Support product experimentation, feature enhancements, A/B testing, and innovation initiatives to elevate customer experience.
- Maintain accurate product documentation, feature specifications, and reporting to support effective product management and stakeholder alignment.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Product Management, Digital Product Development, Business Analysis, or related tech roles.
- Proven track record of managing digital products across all stages: discovery, planning, development, launch, and optimization
- Experience in fintech, financial services, technology, or consumer digital products is preferred.
- Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies, PRD documentation, and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma).
- Experience in product discovery, user research, customer journey mapping, and product analytics tools.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Customer-centric mindset, adaptability, and high learning agility.
