- Formulate and execute growth and marketing initiatives to increase customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue in line with corporate business objectives.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels to enhance brand awareness and accelerate product adoption.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, and campaign performance to identify business growth opportunities and optimize marketing ROI.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with business partners, merchants, communities, and key stakeholders to expand market presence.
- Work closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Customer Service, and Compliance teams to deliver cohesive campaign execution and a seamless customer experience.
- Track key growth and marketing performance metrics (KPIs), prepare performance dashboards, and recommend continuous optimization initiatives.
- Ensure all marketing, promotional, and brand activities strictly comply with internal company policies, brand guidelines, and applicable regulations.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communication, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Growth, Marketing, Business Development, Commercial, or related functions.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, investment, retail, or precious metals / gold industry is strongly preferred.
- Track record in planning and executing marketing campaigns, driving customer acquisition & retention, managing strategic partnerships, and leading business growth initiatives.
- Solid understanding of growth & marketing strategy, digital marketing tools, marketing analytics, and customer acquisition funnels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and digital marketing analytics platforms.
- Strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and a results-driven orientation.
- Analytical thinking, quantitative problem-solving, and campaign planning skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
